He is coordinator of the Health Labour Market Unit, Health Workforce Department at the  World Health Organization (WHO), Geneva, Switzerland. His main areas of responsibility include: leading health labour market analyses, developing tools for health labour market analyses and supporting countries in developing health workforce plans.
